John O'Brien, BS, RVT
With a science degree and over 30 years of employment as a vascular specialist, John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice. During his career he has been the lead outpatient technologist for the Institute of Applied Physiology and Medicine in Seattle, WA as well as the Technical Director of several vascular labs in Texas and Washington State. In 1982, he formed Sound Diagnositics, a company that was instrumental in improving vascular assessment in area hospitals.  John currently is the owner and Technical Director for Northwest Vascular Lab and regularly provides ultrasonic guidance during vein surgeries at the Northwest Vein Center. He is registered with ARDMS and has RVT certification.  He is a member of AIUM, SDMS, and SVU.

Carmen O'Brien, RN, RVT
Carmen has a BS in nursing and extensive experience in the Medical Surgical Nursing and Vascular Ultrasound Hospital units. She served as Lead Vascular Technologist at St. Joseph hospital from 1987-2006.  She has been an RVT (registered vascular technician) since 1988 and is proficient in all areas of vascular testing. She has served as President, and President-elect of NW Vascular Technologists and is a member of SDMS, SVU, AORN, and has maintained her Nursing License as well as her RVT certification.

Heidi Einarson, VT
Heidi is a Vascular Technologist.  Using a wide range of instrumentation, she noninvasively acquires and records information related to blood vessel anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. Vascular technologists assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of disorders affecting the vascular system. Heidi enjoys working with the community in the medical field and feels the most rewarding part of her job is knowing that she played an important part of the diagnostic process.

Morginn Brink, Office Manager
Morginn manages the NWVL office.  Her responsibilities include patient scheduling, medical billing, claims examining, and patient accounting.
She enjoys interacting with the many patients and physician offices and takes pleasure in working for a locally owned business that provides valuable services for the community.
